2016 blog goals

At the beginning of 2015 Reverie de Paris was 6 months old and still trying to find her feet now a year and a half on she has feet firmly on the ground. I am going to stop referring to my blog as a her. I mean she is a her but that is not the point. With 2016 under way, I figured that setting myself some blogging related goals would be a good way to clearly define where I wanted Reverie de Paris to go. The goals I have set myself are a mix of stats (you know how I love a stat) and more unmeasurable, personal goals.

2016 blog goals

  • 100 Bloglovin followers by the 2nd Birthday of Reverie de Paris on the 22nd of July.
  • Improve my photography. My camera is 100x better than the old one I used to use. I just need to excercise some patience when taking my photos to make sure I get the perfect shot.
  • Instagram on the Reverie de Paris account everyday. I neglect Instagram sometimes rather than just snapping a wee image and popping it up.
  • Start featuring outfits. I used to do this about 3/4 times a week on old blogs and I miss it because clothes is one of my loves along with the rest of the topics I blog about.

I am going to leave my 2015 blog goals at 4 simply because I feel like if you do loads you end up getting a bit lost in the volume of goals that you need to achieve. What are you blog goals for 2016?

I agree with having limited goals when it comes to blog goals. Back then I planned all these things from my blog, I was so inspired, then I end up with shutting down my old blog for more or less a year! I guess I wasn’t too realistic enough with my goals and I burned out all the inspiration that I have just for planning.
Happy New Year! and best of luck for your goals!

Happy New Year! Good luck with these goals – fingers crossed you achieve them all 🙂

Thanks for your comment on my book haul. I love a good secondhand bookshop.

Thanks bee! Hopefully, see what 2016 brings.

Me too – they are the best place to pick up some books that hadn’t even crossed your radar x
