How to: Haggis Nachos

I won’t lie and say that this is a recipe (if you can call it a recipe) that I crafted myself. My friend came over one Friday night for some drinks and food. She made Haggis nachos. They were delicious, oh so very very delicious. Naturally I had to share the wonderful dish that is haggis nachos. They are simple to make and ready in about 10 minutes maximum plus there is not very much cooking involved. Perfect for a quick dinner or snack of a Friday night.

Tortilla Chips

Guacamole – make your own using this recipe

Salsa

Sour Cream

Cheddar Cheese

Haggis


The Method

┬áThere isn’t too much method to this. Basically all you need to do is microwave your haggis for 4 minutes once you have done this. Arrange your tortilla chips in a large dish and pop on your cheddar cheese. Next you will want to get the haggis top of the cheese. Put back in the microwave for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted.┬áTo finish you just need to put the guacamole on top along with the sour cream and salsa. That is it. So easy and so tasty.
