How to: Kale Crisps

Kale chips, kale crisps – whatever you want to call them, it is all the same.



If you aren’t already on the kale band wagon, then jump on. Kale is packed full of goodness seriously packed full. The little green devils are low in calories, high in fibre – 5grams per 100grams. It also contains zero fat and is a good aid for digestion along with being a good source of iron and calcium it also contains vitamins A,K and C along with Omega 3 fatty acids. It is also a good source of fibre and suphar if you are detoxing. To name a few benefits of curly kale.

100g Kale

Sea Salt

Virgin Oil

Before popping your kale leaves into a baking tray pull off the stock. Next drizzle oil over and then sprinkle on your sea salt ans anything else you fancy some you can basically use any seasoning you fancy!

Then pop your baking tray in too a 200 degree c oven and cook for 15 minutes. The kale will go crispy like crisps! Such a delicious and tasty snack.
