Let’s catch up

October flew by. I was in a bit of a funk at the beginning of the month for whatever reason, I just couldn’t get my head into blogging. In my defence, it did turn into a pretty busy month and general life activites took over along with a touch of bloggers block! What is a gal to do. I’m back now nonetheless and defintiely cutting myself some slack in terms of having a ‘blogging schedule’ – if I don’t want to post or have anything that I really want to post about then that is fine. Call this my coming of age, maybe?!

I fell off the blogging wagon for a little while and now I am back. Too summarise. With having a little bit of a break it meant that I didn’t set myself any Ocotber goals. If I’m being honest, I doubt I would have achieved them at all but new month, renewed blogging excitement and new goals. Thrilling. How else should you start November 2017 other than in a positive frame of mind?

November Goals

Read at least 1 book

The number of books I have got through this year is shocking. Normally I am a pretty active reader but this year for whatever reason hasn’t been my year for books. I am however getting back into reading – on the bus to work, before bed even while I wait for a TV programme to start. This November I am aiming to read at least 1 book. Start with small goals and make them measurable and all that.

Practice yoga at least 3 times a week

In the most month or so I have been bitten with the yoga bug – mostly down to Yoga with Adriene and HMF Yoga who you should most definitely be following – and I really want to make it a regular part of my weeks. I would love to be able to practice everyday but like most things life activites get in the way. Therefore I am setting myself the challenge of a minimum of 3x a week and I can then build from there.

Save £100

Money management is something that I am completely horrible at. I just cannot manage my finances well, at all. What can I say, I just love buying nonsense that I don’t need! November is the month I am going to save the £100 I have been promising myself I would save for months. I got this… maybe…

What are you hoping to achieve in November?

These are great goals! I want to read more too but I’m finding it hard to find the time as I have so much uni reading to do. Good luck with your goals! X
