If I am feeling adventurous and looking to veer away from my usual black or dark burgundy shades, it is normally for a red colour. The number of red polishes I have is almost equal to the dark polishes that I have – it is a bit ridiculous to be honest. When my mum came to visit me one weekend for afternoon tea she came along with gifts in hand. One of these gifts was the Loreal Colour Riche A L’Huile in Rouge Sauvage.
This nail polish is beautiful. Bloody beautiful.
It is the perfect classic red shade that is super shiny and long lasting. It literally lasts days without chipping. If you are looking for a brighter red for Spring/Summer, I wouldn’t say this is for you. It is very much a red toned blue – a true classic.
There are some other really gorgeous shades from the A L’Huile range that I think I might need to pick up soon. Have you tried any of the polishes from this line?
