L’Oréal has always been a brand that I am a big fan of. The products are (mostly) always top quality, are innovative and deliver interpretations of high end products for a high street budget. With this said, I am often found on a lunch break perusing the L’Oréal stand just to see what new bits and pieces have come in that I obviously have to get for my makeup stash. My latest addition is their new concealer offering in the shape of the Infallible More than Concealer.
The concealer is described as being a full coverage, waterproof product that is non-greasy and is transfer proof. Along with these benefits, it also has up to 24 hours of crease-resistant wear and is available in 20 different shades. Meaning that is L’Oréal’s widest concealer shade range ever.
I picked up shade 327 Cashmere however this is a bit pale for me and I would probably go a shade darker next time just so that it is less work blending the concealer into my foundation. Other than that, you can’t fault the Infallible More than Concealer. The coverage is great, from dark circles to blemishes they are hidden with a light application and can be blended out easily to give a natural finish. I wouldn’t say this is a heavy, matte finish despite it being such a heavy coverage. It is definitely velvety to touch but doesn’t feel cakey. Once set with a little bit of powder – I’m currently trying out the Infallible Magic Loose powder – and you are good to go. I don’t find myself needing to do touch ups during the day when at work and haven’t really found the need to add to my face on nights out either. Basically, this is a heavy duty long lasting concealer that is available in a host of shades. If you haven’t tried it out already then definitely do, you can’t beat finding an affordable product that delivers.
