“From Zara to H&M, the cross body bag is taking over bag stands from here to Brighton. And rightly so, they are the compact and easy to wear sister to the tote.”
I’ve never really been one for small bags instead opting for a bag that I can fit everything bar the kitchen sink in. What can I say, I have a lot of shit that I feel I need to carry around with me. You never know when you may need an Ibrufoen or when you want a slick of that lipstick that you aren’t wearing today. You just never know.
As of late, I have been having a little bit of a love affair with Cross Body Bags. Controversial, I know. There are so many amazing cross body bags on the High Street and some really fabulous Designer ones that are well and truly (read: sadly) not in my price bracket. From Zara to H&M, the cross body bag is taking over bag stands from here to Brighton. And rightly so, they are the compact and easy to wear sister to the tote. Not only that they really make you think about how you actually need to carry around with you. This can be a tougher task than you may think. Well it is for the carry all the shit around gal that is, Emma Fisken.

So what cross body bag have I been coveting as of late?
This Warehouse square bag. Sadly it is not longer avaliable as I picked it up in the Warehouse sale in April 2016 however there are plenty of similar styles avaliable this Spring/Summer so do not fret. This bag is roomy, it is very structured and has been known to recevie comments such as “Is that your gas mask?!” alas it is not. It is simply my chic cross body bag, my friend. In my opinion, it has similartites to the Celine Lefebure without being a bare faced High Streey copy.
