High Street everyday cleansers
Price: 150ml - £13.95/50ml - £5.50
I've written about the Squalane cleanser before and how it has become a staple in my skincare routine. This cleanser removes makeup really quickly and gently, you don't have a tight feeling face after washing off the day which I hate.
Why is squalane so good for your skin, you ask?
It moisturises like no other, it leaves skin hydrated and plump. It also doesn't leave a greasy, oily layer on the skin after - it sinks in really fast. It is compeltely odourless meaning that if you have skin that reacts to heavily perfumed products, squalane could be for you.
The newest in my cleanser club. Revolution recently launched more products in their very wide and very good skincare line. They introduced a few cleansers and in the end I settled on the Cleansing Jelly.
The first thing I noticed about this product is the fact it has zero fragrance, for some reason I expected a fruity smell. The product is a nice light gel that you apply to dry skin. This cleanses away any leftover makeup from your initial cleanse and leaves skin feeling fresh and clean. This is another one without any tightness or irritation and it is an absolute bargain at £6!
This has become my morning cleanser, I use this before makeup to remove anything from my skin that has sat on it over night. It has helped even out the texture of my skin and remove any little bumps under the skin. It is a nice cleanser but doesn't feel as luxurious or as much as a treat product as the other two.
It is a great mix of Salicylic Acid to help fight spots and Hyaluronic Acid to lock in moisture. This is another fragrance free product so is definitely good if you suffer from sensitive skin.
Have you tried any of these cleansers? What are your favourites right now?
